Nettlemouth's Headlining Troubadour Gig

Although I had played the Troubadour 3 times, headlining on the last occasion as 'The Gun' in Jack Dean and The Gun, this was the first time Nettlemouth had played this well established music venue on London's The Old Brompton Road.
Even allowing for the Trobadour's usual eclectic mix of musical styles, as midnight approached I wondered how Nettelmouth's combination of rhythms and elctronica would go down following, as it did, the more usual Guitars/drums/singer combos albeit, very good and polished examples of that genre.
There was no need for concern, Woodburn and Ro Sham Bo had already got the Troubadour on its feet and Nettlemouth, opening the set with "In We Go", quickly followed by "Mushroom Kingdom", "Put It On Wax", "Rainbow Dust" and capped with another debut, this time Rachel Still (The Delegation) featured on vocals in the closing number 'Idea Three' brought the evening to an ecstatic conclusion.
